MINUTES of the 2009 ANNUAL MEETING
Maine Congregationalists:
You are hereby called to the 2009 Annual Meeting
of the Congregational Christian Council of Maine to be held on Friday, April 24,
and Saturday, April 25, at the First Congregational Church, North Anson, Maine.
Business to be conducted will include receiving reports of the officers,
electing new officers for 2009-2010, and approving a budget for said fiscal
year. Each member church is entitled to three voting delegates, which may be
clergy or laity. All others are encouraged to attend and will have voice but no
vote.
