Christian Council of Maine. Many volunteer church members and clergy make

2004 Camp Information
TEEN CAMP 2004 (grades 9-12) will be held from July
25-31. Cost per camper is $160, which includes a T-shirt, group photo and
privileges at the camp "store". Co-directors are Rev. Norman Rust of
Millinocket and Rev. Mark Tanner of Skowhegan. Application deadline is
June 1.
JUNIOR CAMP 2004 (grades 5-8)
will be held from August 1-7. Cost per camper is $160, which includes a
T-shirt, group photo and privileges at the camp "store". Co-directors are
Rev. Doug Drown of Bingham and Mr. Gary Cobb of Wells. Application
deadline is June 1.
STAFF: adults over age 21, and
youth grade 10 to age 21 who have completed a CIT course (see below) are
invited to apply for positions. Needed are: cabin counselors (male and
female), kitchen staff, arts & crafts director, athletic director, day
care provider for pre-camp age children of staff members, waterfront
director (must be certified) and nurse (RN required). All staff positions
are in a volunteer capacity. Pre-camp age children of staff may attend the
camp at no cost, and there is a 50% reduction in fees for campers whose
parents work as staff for the entire week at the same camp as their child.
The application deadline is March 31.
COUNSELOR-IN-TRAINING (CIT)
volunteer positions are open to 12 young people entering grade 10 and
older, to serve during the week of Junior Camp. Preference is given to
applicants with Camp Winnie experience as campers. The application
deadline is March 31.
